Sometimes it’s best to let the client speak for themselves:

Small team with a startup-ish feel, even though we’ve been around for an age. We’re not VC funded, we’re in this for the long-haul - we want to make a difference. Strongly motivated to ensure that artists and labels are getting a fair deal. We all love music, occasionally the office will host a (fairly niche) gig downstairs.

You’ll help build out a Modern Perl platform ahead of international expansion. The team uses Catalyst, TT, Moose with Plack and mod_perl, as well as the sensible testing tools you’d expect. The team has a multi-technology approach, also using Node for some services, Elastic Search, nginx, and Postgres. Deployment is managed using Ansible.

It’s a friendly team, offering free snacks in pretty offices, and sending people to technical conferences. The company has lots of customers and is working on interesting problems.

The team is looking for a mid-level developer to join them in their London offices, full-time and on site.
